From the products portfolio for the international market, we highlight the modernization kits adapted to the new regulations.
Modernization kits 2CH:
The optional 2CH is exported to Australia. Orientated to the new equipments with a group of valves 3010, and also orientated to modernization. The 2CH is composed by a designed electrovalve to duplicate the security of the installation in the descent maneuver of the elevator; through two control signals towards the group of valves. Its installation is composed by two parts: the first one is the hydraulic, through a valve change; the second part is a small manipulation of the control panel in the control signals.
In Spain, in hardly 2 hours and for a very competitive price an existing installation can be modernized, coming in advance to the new rules that will appear in Europe at the end of 2009.
Kit modernization hand pump:
Exported to countries like England, the modernization kit hand pump is equipped with an overpressure limiter besides complying with the requirements of the respective European rules. Its installation consists of a simple change of model PAM. In Spain, with two hours of installation and a good price, the fluitronic equipments can be modernized without installing new hydraulic equipments, according to the current rules 81-2 section 12.9.2.
Other modernization kits: Hydraulic car position indicator; overload limit switch; overload limit switch and full load. In addition, GMV offers specific trainings on modernization kits to its workers.
